That's how it was then...

Now, Steve's Mom reaches across time and the Atlantic to recreate the most authentic strudels outside of Europe.

Each fully baked, 3 lb. strudel* yields 8-12 servings. Slice (while frozen or refrigerated) with a sharp, serrated knife and serve hot or cold, á la mode or with whipped cream. WUNDERBAR!!

Enjoy our rich, creamy Italian Cheesecake made with ricotta cheese. This cake is 10" around and weighs over 5 lbs.

We also make a "turtle" cheesecake that's about 4 1/2 lbs. It's made with cream cheese on a fudgy choclate base, then topped with pecans, chocolate chips and caramel!
